These mitts are designed for just that, with paired falling leaves growing out of a simple bittersweet vine into an elegant thumb gusset, and a matching cable tracing the edge of the hand for balance. The samples were knit in Knit Picks Gloss Fingering in Pumpkin (solid) and Pagewood Farm Chugiak Hand Dyed Sock Yarn in Fabulous Fall (variegated), and each used approx. 220 yards.
